References
There are two articles that I used for reference. The article “Can Reading Strategies Be Successfully Taught?” addresses reading strategies and how reading strategies have been successfully taught in the classroom. The author gives approaches to implement the strategies.
Carrell, Patricia L. (1998). Can Reading Strategies Be Successfully Taught?
Australian Review of Applied Linguistics, 21, 1-20.
The second article, “The Learning Power of WebQuests,” states that the best WebQuests inspire students to see richer thematic relationships and to contribute to the real world of learning. WebQuests allow students to work independently or in groups.
March, Tom. (2004). The Learning Power of WebQuest. Educational Leadership, 42-47.
